Sour Candy

Walking across beaches sandy
Chewing on this sour candy
Thinking only of the day
And of all the things I want to say
Knowing the things I always wanted to do
Only forces me to remember you
I know it really hurts
And apologizing only makes matters worse
You always made me happy when i was blue
All the time we ever spent together flew
I used to like the games we would played
If we tried again maybe this time you would stay
I would hope that everything be really dandy
Until then I'll walk around eating sour candy
